Who is the Winter Reading Challenge for?
Winter Reading is for all ages! Prizes will be awarded in three age groups – children ages 0-12, teens and adults.
When Does the Winter Read Challenge Take Place?
December 1 – February 28. Sign ups are rolling and begin on November 1.
How Does It Work?
Stop by the circulation desk to sign up and receive your Winter Reading Challenge bingo card and bookmark or temporary tattoo for signing up. Each square on the card contains a different challenge to complete between December 1 and February 28.
When you complete a bingo (5 in a row), bring the bingo card into the library and show a staff member to be entered into the monthly prize drawing which will take place at the end of each month. Two bingo entries are permitted per month. You will keep your card for the duration of the challenge.
Can I Print the Bingo Cards At Home?
Yes, but you will still need to stop by the library to sign up. Cards can be printed here: Children – ages 0-12 and Teens and Adults – ages 13 and up.
